My new solo album, Guitar Stories, is out today, November 6, on 7D Media — available on CD and digitally.

The album brings together sixteen electric-guitar improvisations recorded over the past two years. Most were captured in my home studio, with several recorded during visits to Rick Cox in Los Angeles. Almost always around nine in the morning.

Each piece was recorded in a single take, using a looper, Ableton Live and guitar effects. No edits or overdubs. I wanted to preserve what happened in the moment — including the imperfections, unexpected turns and surprises.

From more than twenty recordings, I selected sixteen that felt like they belonged together. This is a very personal record, and I’m happy to finally share it with you.
